Your tasks:
- Care and support of our clients at home
- Carrying out nursing and medical-technical tasks
- Consultation and guidance of clients and relatives
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Taking responsibility for the daily life design of clients in demanding situations (e.g., dementia and palliative care as well as care of mentally ill persons)
You bring with you:
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- High self- and social competence
- Independent and structured way of working
- An open, communicative, and empathetic manner in dealing with clients, relatives, and colleagues
- Professional experience in outpatient care is a plus
- Driver's license category B or enjoyment of cycling
