- you support our CEO, Michael Wanner, in all operational and administrative tasks with a focus on modern office management
- you coordinate the CEO's calendar and keep deadlines and priorities in view
- you confidently organize internal and external meetings, including preparation and follow-up as well as partial minute-taking
- you take over the organization of team events, workshops, and business trips
- you ensure a smooth office day-to-day from invoice control to expense accounting to maintaining contract-relevant data
- you become part of a well-coordinated assistant team and maintain your network with internal and external stakeholders
You will succeed here if
- you have several years of experience as a CEO assistant and ideally have successfully completed the specialist certificate for executive assistance
- you enjoy classic assistant work and complex appointment coordination and are good at relieving others in a structured and proactive manner
- you communicate professionally, clearly, and appreciatively while always acting discreetly, loyally, and reliably
- you master the MS Office (365) suite flawlessly, use digital tools confidently, and are enthusiastic about designing work processes efficiently
- you keep a cool head even in hectic situations, recognize priorities, and act solution-oriented
- you are very team-oriented and service-minded, like to contribute, and thrive in a professional yet collegial environment
