Production Operator - Surface Treatment (M/F)

Your responsibilities

As a Surface Treatment Technician, your mission will be to:

• Ensure the operation and monitoring of electroplating lines to guarantee compliance with production and quality standards.
• Oversee the smooth flow of production and intervene in case of deviations.
• Carry out aesthetic and dimensional checks of the produced parts.
• Perform first-level maintenance operations on equipment.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimisation of manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the positive dynamics of the workshop by promoting communication and information sharing within the team.
• Apply and respect safety, quality and environmental rules.

Your profile

Education

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Production Technologist, Electroplater, Chemistry Laboratory Technician or equivalent training.

Experience

• Initial successful experience in an industrial or automated production environment.
• Experience or knowledge in industrial chemistry, surface treatments or electroplating is a real asset.
