Vitaloria · Your health, our mission

Based in Clarens, Vitaloria supports children, adults and elderly people at home on the Riviera, in Lavaux and the Lausanne metropolitan area: general and technical care, wounds, palliative care, mental health. To support our development, we are strengthening our nursing team.

Our open positions
All our positions are organised with fixed working days, with continuous hours.

• Nurse 80 % to 100 % · continuous day hours · fixed days agreed together + 1 weekend · every other weekend with an interest in student training (CAS for trainer practitioner, or willingness to follow it, an asset)
• Nurse 60 % · continuous day hours · fixed days agreed together + 1 weekend every other
• Nurse 50 % wound care oriented · continuous day hours · fixed days agreed together · + 1 weekend every other, experience or training in wound care
• On-call nurse · continuous evening hours from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, then on-call until 6:00 am, with interventions counted as working time and increased according to night rules · fixed days, 1 weekend out of 2 · rate to be discussed together · Riviera, Lavaux and Lausanne metropolitan area · comfortable with technical care, hospital or emergency experience is an asset

Your missions

• Assess each patient’s situation from the first visit, develop and update their care plan
• Perform prescribed care: treatments, injections, infusions, monitoring, pain management
• Ensure evaluation and follow-up of acute and chronic wounds: simple and complex dressings, VAC therapy, documentation of progress
• Collaborate with doctors, the health network and close caregivers
• Delegate care to assistants and nursing assistants, supervise them in the field

Your profile

• HES or ES nursing diploma, or a title recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Specialised nurses (CAS, DAS) welcome
• Nursing assistants (CFC) are also welcome to strengthen our care teams
• Young graduates and experienced profiles welcome
• Driving licence and vehicle
• Fluent French
• Autonomy, rigour and interpersonal skills

What we offer you

• A transparent salary according to the CCT-San, gross annual at 100 %, 13th salary included, adapted to your activity rate and recognised experience: Nurse: CHF 70,837 to 100,464 Specialised nurse (CAS, DAS): CHF 79,261 to 112,762 Nursing assistant: CHF 59,839 to 86,554 CPP supplements are added to these amounts
• Fixed working days, continuous hours and a schedule known in advance
• 5 weeks’ holiday (6 from age 50) and 10 public holidays
• Night hours (8:00 pm–6:00 am) at CHF 5/h + 25 % in rest time (cantonal InvestPro measure), on-call at CHF 3/h, Sundays and public holidays at CHF 4/h
• CHF 0.70/km for your travel
• 90 % of salary for 720 days in case of illness, Swiss Life insurance
• An annual bonus every 1st January and support for continuing education
