Your Tasks
- Ensuring nursing quality and effective symptom control
- Personnel management, duty planning and deployment coordination
- Active team care and organisation of psychohygiene (e.g. supervision)
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary team
- Central communication and support for relatives
- Organisation of ward processes and controlled substances management
- Implementation and assurance of palliative nursing standards and quality management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Further training as ward manager
- Further training in palliative care
- Solid professional experience in palliative, hospice or oncological care
- Strong empathy and professional closeness in dealing with patients and relatives
