Viticultural Worker

To complete our team, we are looking for a viticultural worker/vineyard manager (100%) for an estate in the Rolle region.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic profile, with experience in viticulture, team management, and possibly cellar work would be a plus.

Your profile:

• Diploma, Swiss CFC or equivalent training in the field of viticulture
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with verifiable references
• Reliable, punctual, careful and trustworthy person, accustomed to teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and discretion essential
• Good physical condition and a strong liking for outdoor work, whatever the weather conditions
• Category B driving licence mandatory; BE licence and/or forklift licence an advantage

Your tasks:

• Viticultural work: pruning, shoot thinning, tying and leaf thinning
• Carrying out all manual work related to the different viticultural seasons
• Soil and plot maintenance; mowing and mechanical work related to vineyard upkeep
• Treatments: application of products and necessary care for vineyard protection
• Harvest: active participation in harvesting work
• Cellar work: close collaboration with the Estate manager
• Occasional deliveries within Switzerland
• Use, maintenance and proper management of tools and equipment
• Compliance with safety standards, procedures and quality requirements
