To strengthen our team in the Insurance Law specialist group, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as Junior Lawyer Insurance and Liability Law (70% - 100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your daily work:
- With us, you don’t just solve legal cases. You advise, negotiate, and ensure comprehensive legal protection for our customers with tailored strategies and creative solutions.
- You represent our private and corporate clients and are the central contact person for lawyers, opposing parties, and authorities.
- You independently handle legal cases and are supported by experienced colleagues.
- You draft legal documents and submissions outside the lawyer monopoly and continuously expand your expertise.
- You actively contribute to the team, support internal knowledge exchange, and gain insights into various legal areas.
- Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in projects and actively help shape the development of our services and processes.
What you bring:
- You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
- Ideally, you already have professional and practical experience in insurance and/or liability law.
- Your customers’ satisfaction is important to you, and you know how to communicate even complex issues clearly, practically, and customer-oriented.
- With your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you develop solutions that are legally convincing and economically sensible.
- You are communicative, strong in negotiation, and enjoy direct contact with people.
- You communicate fluently and appropriately in German – preferably by phone. Additional language skills, especially Italian, French, or English, are a plus.
- You naturally and profitably use modern technologies and AI tools in your daily work.
