The St. Josef Foundation is a significant organisation with a social mission in the canton of Aargau. The core tasks include residential and work opportunities for people with disabilities, the remedial education school, as well as a diverse therapeutic offering.
Our housekeeping department provides comprehensive services in the areas of cleaning, laundry, and sewing. We take care of the careful maintenance and cleaning of all premises. Our employees work hand in hand to offer our clients the best service and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned buildings and premises
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene according to our high standards
- Deployment in various departments as needed on 5 days per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 – 11:15 am
and Wednesday from 12 – 4 pm
- Representation and support of the team during shortages and absences
- Initial professional experience in cleaning
- Good knowledge of German
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Reliability, care, and an independent working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work in various departments
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Versatile activity in a lively environment
- Motivated and well-coordinated team
