About the job
For our geriatric psychiatric ward KAN-3 for patients with psychoses, affective disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction diseases, and personality disorders, our motivated and well-coordinated team is looking for you as of May 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative leadership of the nursing team
- You use the available resources in a targeted, patient-oriented, and economical manner
- You complement the interdisciplinary treatment team of our ward with a high level of treatment and nursing quality and a pronounced service orientation
- You promote, motivate, and develop your employees
- You actively and supportively contribute, in collaboration with the ward's professional responsibility, to the implementation of innovative ideas in psychiatric geriatric care.
Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional FH / HF with professional experience in psychiatry/somatic care.
- Leadership skills, further training in leadership or willingness to develop in this regard
- Humorous, solution-oriented, authentic personality with high social competence
- Organizational talent with strong assertiveness
- Enthusiasm and joy in the complex work with people in an acute mental crisis
