For our client, an established, growth-oriented consulting company with a strong regional focus, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as a Mandate Manager in Trust.

Type of Work
- You will manage a diverse client portfolio and competently advise companies on business management and fiduciary matters
- You will be responsible for mandates holistically – from financial and payroll accounting to VAT, interim and annual financial statements, as well as tax declarations
- You will identify customer needs early, develop suitable solutions, and actively contribute to the further development of existing business relationships
- You will take on a professional leadership role and support employees on your mandates in their daily work and professional development
- You will contribute your ideas, question existing processes, and utilise digital opportunities to make processes more efficient and customer-oriented
- As an experienced professional, you are an important contact person for customers and team members and take responsibility where it is needed

Requirements Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- A completed or ongoing further education in the field of fiduciary, finance and accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a strong service orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions even for complex issues
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
- Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and professionally supporting younger colleagues
- Interest in digitalisation and modern working methods
- Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
