Spitex Team Leader
Your tasks:
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of an interdisciplinary care team
- Ensuring professional, client-oriented and legally compliant care and support
- Responsibility for compliance with and further development of care quality and nursing standards
- Organisation and management of operational day-to-day business including deployment, duty and holiday planning
- Support and guidance of employees in professional and organisational matters
- Conducting employee and development discussions as well as promoting professional development
- Close cooperation with needs assessment, doctors, hospitals and other network partners
- Participation in projects, quality development and continuous optimisation of processes
Your profile:
- Diploma as HF/FH qualified nurse or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in outpatient care (Spitex)
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- High social competence as well as appreciative and solution-oriented leadership attitude
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Good IT user skills and driving licence category B
