Intern: Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatology, 80-100%
from February 2027 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Mail triage: distributing and processing incoming internal and external mail
- Scanning patient documents
- Sending reports from the hospital's own programme (Kisim)
- Telephone and written contact with patients and medical practices
- General administrative tasks to support the clinic secretariat
- Assisting with the organisation of internal meetings
- Further tasks may be assigned as needed
Your profile
- Commercial knowledge
- Confident German in spoken and written form and good English skills, further foreign language skills advantageous
- Careful and reliable working style
- Flexible, independent and forward-looking working style with strong initiative
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
