1. Home care and support
By "home care and support" we mean the assistance of clients and their environment in daily life, so that they can lead an independent life. The clients are at the
center of our activities. Home care and support includes care as well as prevention,
support, counseling, and assistance in coping with daily life and household tasks. As a unit, they act preventively and form a significant pillar of the basic supply of the health and social system.
Goals:
1. With home care and support, we maintain or restore the clients' autonomous daily living.
2. We provide all services of home care and support that do not necessarily have to be provided in a stationary manner, according to need. We also cover the individual
needs of clients as much as possible.
3. We are committed to offering home care and support as a unit.
1
4. All people, regardless of their background and living situation, have access to our services. This ensures the provision of care and support at home for the population.
5. We provide nursing services according to the Nursing Care Benefits Act (KLV) seven
days a week and, if necessary, around the clock. In the areas of prevention,
accompaniment, and household management, we ensure that services are provided at times that meet the needs.
6. We regularly review our service offerings with a view to self-determined
living and adapt them to the changing needs in society.
7. We offer care services to holiday guests in our region (household
services and meal service are excluded) when we have available capacity.

In home care and support, we see ourselves as market leaders with many years of experience and a clear profile.
Goals
1. We are market leaders with a supply mandate and thus the first address for home care and
support.
2. We are perceived by the public, partners, and politics as an indispensable part of the Swiss health and social system. Our concerns are taken up by politics thanks to our networking.
3. We present ourselves professionally, competently, progressivly, attractively, and with commitment.
4. All target groups know our offerings and can reach us easily.
5. We have a good image both internally and externally, as well as a strong, trustworthy, recognized brand.
6. We are present on the internet.
7. We strive to provide all services ourselves. Where this is not possible, we work - if possible under the leadership or case management of the non-profit organization (NPO) Spitex - with partners.
