What to expect
You will be involved in the realisation of architecturally demanding construction projects and contribute to the successful implementation of diverse uses with the following tasks:
- Preparation of tender and construction programmes
- Preparation of specifications for private and public buildings
- Ensuring local site management
- Quality, invoice and cost control
- Management of the commissioning of objects
- Assistance with final accounting
- Coordination of warranty work
What we expect from you
- Completed basic and specialised training in construction (certified construction manager HF or technician TS)
- Several years of professional experience in site management and/or costing an advantage
- Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation to actively participate
- Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally also Messerli or REALVIEW knowledge
