Our family-run retirement and nursing home with around 80 employees offers elderly people a loving home in the heart of the Enge district of Zurich. To ensure our operation runs smoothly every day, we are looking for an organised, entrepreneurial-minded and versatile individual who enjoys taking responsibility, actively getting involved operationally, and keeping an eye on the big picture.

In this newly created staff position, we are seeking by agreement a service-oriented, professionally skilled and enthusiastic personality as

Head of Internal Services (80 - 100%)

In this versatile key position, you will actively shape the further development of our institution together with the management and be responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Marketing, Quality Management, IT, Digitalisation and Data Protection. You will move daily between conceptual questions and operational implementation – it is precisely this mix that excites you.

Your tasks are:

• Taking over operational HR work in collaboration with external partners (personnel administration, recruiting, advising and supporting managers, etc.)
• Planning and implementing marketing and communication activities
• Coordinating and monitoring quality, process and risk management
• Responsibility for topics such as IT coordination, digitalisation and data protection
• Supporting management in governance and project management

You bring with you:

You think entrepreneurially, are open, approachable and feel comfortable in a versatile generalist role. New topics motivate you, and you take on responsibility with pleasure. Furthermore,

• you have a tertiary degree from a university or university of applied sciences, for example in business administration, business psychology, psychology or a comparable field
• you possess several years of professional experience in the mentioned fields
• you have in-depth knowledge in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing/Communication and project as well as quality management
• you are proficient in the use of social media
• your analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and pronounced communication skills, which you enjoy applying in collaboration with different stakeholders, round off your versatile profile.
