Medical Secretary Urology at Münsterlingen Location

You will take on

• Patient reception desk Urology (consultation area)
• Preparation of consultation, operation and insurance reports
• Creation of electronic patient records
• General administrative and organisational secretarial tasks
• Telephone service / appointment scheduling

You bring with you

• You have several years of professional experience as a medical secretary, possibly re-entrant
• You have a confident command of German
• You master medical terminology
• You have very good PC skills and can handle various programmes such as MS Office, KISIM, SAP and IBI Care, and learning other internal software poses no problem for you
• You are a reliable, team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
• Efficient and precise work is natural to you and you have a quick grasp
• Respectful and appreciative interaction and behaviour towards team members
