About the job

• You attentively accompany our patients through the night.
• You provide needs- and resource-oriented advice, for example on sleep-promoting measures.
• In a two-person team, you confidently master even complex situations.
• During the night, you ensure a smooth operation on the ward.
• You always accurately record relevant events and your services.

• You have successfully completed training as a nursing specialist HF (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You ideally bring professional experience in psychiatry – or you are curious to deepen your knowledge in this exciting field.
• You feel comfortable working in a two-person team: you independently ensure the care and nursing of patients and keep a cool head even in complex situations.
• Very good German skills (at least C1) are a matter of course for you, and you confidently apply your solid IT skills in administrative tasks.
