Polymechanic, as Assembly Specialist
Activities
- You assemble mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components based on drawings and parts lists.
- You independently assemble large-format Loadmaster loading systems according to customer requirements and wire them according to parts lists, electrical diagrams and assembly plans.
- You independently recognise when components need to be adjusted and implement these changes professionally.
- You take on the setup (teaching) as well as commissioning including software tests and endurance runs.
- You test the systems according to specified protocols and accept them.
- You prepare the systems for shipping, secure them for transport and load them onto the low-loader.
- If necessary, you also support on-site at the customer during assembly and commissioning.
- You are an important interface for development and technical support.
Requirements
- You have completed training as an automation technician, electrician or a comparable technical basic education.
- You have several years of experience in the assembly of machines or systems.
- You are familiar with wiring components and ideally also have hydraulic knowledge.
- You have basic English skills, as you occasionally train international service technicians.
- You work precisely, in a structured manner and place great value on quality.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
