Adult Psychiatric Nurse 60 - 80% (Permanent Contract)

Your duties

Within a multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in the monitoring and well-being of residents.

As such, you will be required to:

• Provide nursing care adapted to the physical, psychological and relational needs of residents.
• Assess clinical situations and participate in the development of individualised care plans.
• Ensure therapeutic follow-up and contribute to the continuity of care.
• Work closely with the various stakeholders in the care network.
• Support residents and their relatives with kindness and professionalism.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement of care and services.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in adult psychiatry.
• Professional experience in Switzerland preferred.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of common IT tools.
• Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
• Clean criminal record.
• Driving licence or residence near the region.
