The municipality of Ingenbohl is located on Lake Lucerne with a unique view of Lake Uri and the surrounding mountains, offering a high quality of life for its 9,500 residents. A senior citizens' advisory office is being established in the municipality of Ingenbohl. This office is committed to the elderly population of the municipality and helps to develop conditions that promote the personal coping and development of older people. Your impact with us
- Development and implementation of an aging strategy and an aging mission statement
- Basic work for the long-term planning and management of elderly care
- Establishment and management of a senior citizens' advisory office as a low-threshold information and counseling center
- Networking with authorities, specialist offices, and organizations
- Preparation of informational material and participation in the senior citizens' commission
Your qualifications
- Education at HF/FH level in social work, health or care sciences, gerontology, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge and experience in health and elderly care
- Experience in project leadership and management
- Excellent social skills as well as strong counseling and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as confident handling of MS Office
