About the job
Vanja, Krenare, Martina and the inheritance advisory team are continuing to grow – and that’s where you come in.
Together, we are strategically developing our inheritance advisory business in Neuchâtel and French-speaking Switzerland and supporting our clients with important life and pension planning matters.
Your mission
- Advise our clients in the areas of matrimonial property regimes, inheritance law, adult protection, as well as related legal fields
- Independently draft wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation agreements, and mandates in case of incapacity
- Maintain cooperation with notaries and other external specialists
- Work closely with our financial planning specialists
- Contribute to the development of our service offerings
Your contribution
- Law graduate with a master’s degree, qualified lawyer or notary
- Experience in advising on matrimonial property regimes and inheritance law, estate planning, as well as in the settlement of inheritance divisions and execution of wills, ideally with a financial services provider
- Strong knowledge of pension schemes and inheritance law, as well as in inheritance and gift tax matters
- Strong client orientation with excellent negotiation and advisory skills
- Willingness to travel to the sites in Biel, Fribourg and Delémont
- Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German
