The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach Elderly and Health Centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

The Tägerhalde site is looking for a calm and empathetic personality for the protected residential group for people with dementia-related developments with 21 residents. You will make an important contribution to quality and further development as well as the promotion of employees in the residential group and work according to the normality principle.

Your new tasks

• Quality development and initiation of projects in collaboration with the Head of Care and Support and the nursing expert
• Taking responsibility for daily nursing and organisational matters
• Implementation of the resource model and the normality principle
• Participation in direct care
• Management and review of RAI documentation and service recording for residents
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

What you bring

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Proven experience and passion in the care and support of people with dementia-related developments
• Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Networked thinking as well as curiosity and openness to new things
• Strong organisational skills
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills
