As part of the strategic expansion of our digital business, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and digitally savvy personality for our headquarters in Regensdorf as

Head of Digital Services 100% (m/f)

You will be responsible for the development and market growth of our digital solutions for construction technology in Switzerland and Germany. Project-related travel, workplace in Switzerland or Germany possible.

Together with sales and service, you will support and advise our customers in making their processes, for example on construction sites, in gravel plants, quarries or recycling companies, more efficient, productive and economical through the targeted use of our digital solutions in combination with and around our construction machinery.

What you can achieve with us

• Responsibility for market development, positioning as well as economic management of the Digital Services Portfolio and Robert Aebi Connect
• Active support of the sales organisation in acquisition, consultation and closing of digital solutions
• Ensuring the successful introduction, use and renewal of digital services with customers including further development of customer success and operations processes
• Development of business cases, standard offers and value propositions for digital solutions
• Close integration with service organisations for uptime solutions and use of machine data
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to further develop the digital portfolio
• Disciplinary leadership of product specialists and product managers for Digital Services in Switzerland and Germany

What you bring to your role

• Experience in the use of construction machinery in areas such as quarrying, gravel plants, civil engineering, demolition, recycling or material handling
• Experience with digital services or data-based productivity solutions is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, implementation-strong personality with pronounced customer orientation
• High affinity for digitalisation, automation and technical solutions
• Strong communication skills, resilient and practical
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
