Are you service-oriented, work independently and take responsibility for the installation of hardware and software? Do you approach IT problems of your customers in a solution-oriented way and with enthusiasm? In this versatile position, you are the first point of contact for our customers in 1st and 2nd level support. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure the smooth ICT operation for all

users.

We offer you a varied field of activity with exciting configuration and support tasks – complemented by the digitisation of various analogue media for internal and external customers.

What you bring with you

• IT training and experience in the IT field
• Practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Good PC skills, experience with Windows operating systems and Office programmes
• Knowledge of PC peripherals
• Networked and analytical thinking as well as precise working
