(Senior) Officer Banking Operations (m/f/d)
In this cross-departmental role, you support all teams of Banking Operations where your experience and understanding of internal banking processes are particularly in demand. You handle demanding special cases, take responsibility during operational peaks, and simultaneously contribute to projects and development initiatives. A central focus lies at the interface between the specialist department and IT. You analyse requirements, coordinate change requests, and accompany their implementation with internal and external specialists. You question existing processes, drive optimisations forward, and support initiatives around digitalisation, automation, and transformation. Banking Operations
You have a good understanding of the processes and interrelationships in Banking Operations and move confidently at the interface between day-to-day business, processes, and systems. Knowledge in various operations areas such as payments, corporate actions, or settlements, as well as experience with core banking systems, is advantageous. Ideally, you also bring experience in business analysis, process optimisation, or the implementation of technical requirements.
