About the job

Tasks:

• Dispatching food in the frozen and fresh sectors
• Monitoring and supporting drivers
• Coordinating and dispatching returns and transshipments
• Coordination and problem-solving with customers and locations of the Cavegn Group
• Administrative tasks related to transport duties, operational readiness and technical safety of the fleet

Requirements:

• Completed training in the transport or logistics sector
• Several years of professional experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the food sector
• Experience with drivers
• Driving licence category C/E is an advantage
• Professional experience as a driver in the general cargo or food sector is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• IT/PC user skills
