Night Shift Employee 20%-60%

About the job

For our residential services Basis and Plus, in Baar-Inwil, we are looking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for a personality as

• Individual care and support of clients with intellectual, physical and psychological impairments during the night
• Support with personal hygiene if required
• Taking on acute nursing tasks (illness, epileptic seizure, accident)
• Regular inspection rounds in the residential groups and through the general premises
• Professional action in emergency situations (e.g. client emergencies, first aid measures, coordination in case of technical malfunctions)
• Administrative tasks

• Basic training as a care specialist (FaBe), health specialist (FaGe) or SRK nursing assistant
• Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• 5 weeks holiday up to 50 years, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks holiday purchase possible
