To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed individual as Head of Projects & Design (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel leadership of a team of
- 4 to 5 employees (project managers & designers)
- Planning, designing and realising investment and optimisation projects
- Responsibility for budget planning and cost control within the assigned projects
- Preparation of technical specifications, requirement documents and tender documents
- Review of offers and participation in awarding supply and service contracts
- Management and supervision of assembly, conversion and modernisation work
- Organisation and coordination of commissioning as well as support during plant acceptance
Your Profile
- Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH, Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering or comparable technical education
- Several years of professional and project management experience in an industrial environment, ideally with processes in the production industry
- Several years of leadership experience
- Solution-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality with a structured and independent working style
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications; knowledge of CAD, ERP or project management tools is an advantage
