You will

take over the planning and briefing of online advertising including SEA for advertising campaigns and/or support the campaign managers.
take responsibility for the year-round online presence including SEA in cooperation with agencies and thus contribute to improving search engine findability and continuously optimizing website performance.
ensure the monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs as well as the derivation of optimization possibilities and recommendations for action.
relieve the campaign managers in their daily work and take over coordinating, administrative tasks (e.g. adjustments to factsheets, brochures).
accompany digital projects of internal specialist departments (e.g. website, digital market development, app development) and plan and implement the resulting online and offline communication measures.
work in our premises in Bern; home office is partially possible.

You bring

training or further education in communication with a focus on digital
several years of experience in digital communication
enthusiasm for digital metrics and performance-oriented campaigns
ideally experience with graphic work (Indesign knowledge)
creativity, independence and ability to work in a team
willingness to work as an external employee for Valiant (we do not wish to receive applications from agencies)
