Web Quality Assurance Manager

You work 100%, with at least one presence day per week in Zug and flexible home office options on the other days

• You ensure the quality of all web releases through systematic testing and identify potential problems early – both in the web frontend and on our e-commerce platform
• You automate our recurring test processes, develop and implement modern frontend tests, thus contributing to higher efficiency and sustainably improved quality
• You establish testing standards and best practices, anchoring quality assurance as a fixed part of our development process
• You are responsible for our test case management, continuously maintain the library, and prepare results clearly, structured, and comprehensibly, ensuring traceable documentation
• You work in an agile, ambitious team, take responsibility for your topics, and design your workday flexibly – both in the home office and on site in Zug

• You have several years of experience in frontend testing of modern web applications – ideally of single-page applications and enterprise e-commerce platforms
• You have a degree from a higher technical school, university of applied sciences, university, or ETH – e.g., in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• You master modern test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, bring experience in cross-browser and cross-device testing, and are familiar with Browserstack or comparable tools
• You have programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python as well as a solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web APIs
• You are familiar with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, QMetry) and ideally have experience in testing digital analytics implementations (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Nice-to-have: You bring experience in CI/CD integration of test frameworks, testing probabilistic and AI-supported systems (e.g., Promptfoo, DeepEval), or with SAP Commerce
• You work structured, quality-oriented, and proactively. Your analytical eye and attention to detail help you quickly identify errors and document them clearly
• You are a strong team player, enjoy working with development, product, and e-commerce teams, and communicate clearly, directly, and constructively
• You are open to new technologies and methods and feel comfortable in agile development environments
• You have very good German skills and can confidently express yourself in a professional environment in English – both written and spoken
