From 1 September 2027, we are looking for you for the 3-year training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Bad Kleinen location. The vocational school is located in Magdeburg and the training workshop in Königsborn (near Magdeburg). During the time at vocational school and the training workshop, you will be provided with a dormitory place and travel costs will be covered.

This is what awaits you in your training:

• You support the construction crews and ensure the safety of rail traffic with them
• Surveying the track construction area and handling construction equipment
• You learn to build foundations for overhead lines
• Certification as an excavator and loader operator, e.g. for earthmoving excavators, mobile excavators, crawler construction equipment

Your profile:

• You have (soon) successfully completed school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany
• Your German language skills correspond to at least the B2 level
• Different workplaces throughout Germany and working hours including night shifts are a welcome change for you
• Commitment, conscientiousness and reliability characterise you
• You enjoy working in a team and always lend a hand
