In the role of Working Student Performance Marketing, you will be responsible together with another person for the operational management of performance marketing and independently implement campaigns in your area. Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration and ongoing coordination with the performance marketing team of the parent company DEICHMANN regarding the operational management of SEA, retargeting, and app campaigns
- Independent implementation of paid social campaigns for retail media partners
- Planning and coordination of measures for new customer acquisition – from influencer hauls to package inserts
- Analysis and reporting of campaign results based on defined KPIs
- Coordination of performance marketing measures with the local marketing team and the overarching media strategy
- Accounting and administrative processing of invoices within the scope of ongoing marketing activities
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme or have already completed it or have a comparable qualification
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the digital environment and have already gained initial experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You are passionate about digital marketing, open to new technologies, and think analytically and interconnectedly
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and like to actively get involved
