- Professional telephone communication with patients and their relatives, referring offices, general practitioners, external services, and insurance companies.
- Formatting and sending consultation reports, including careful review and administrative follow-up.
- Managing patient registration and responsible back-office tasks requiring high service orientation, accuracy, and organizational strength.
- Supporting the medical team in various organizational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant (MPA).
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology as well as precise, stylistically confident written expression in German.
- Good IT skills: You are confident in common software applications, work routinely with clinical information systems, and master the 10-finger typing system.
