As a skilled craftsman, you will take responsibility for the assigned properties in this exciting position and ensure smooth operations with your structured and goal-oriented way of working.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday, from 07:00 - 11:00 / 12:00

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

- General caretaker duties, inspection rounds, disposal, cleaning tasks, and minor repairs
- Deployment and supervision of third-party companies
- Conducting test runs on emergency power diesel generators
- Organization of maintenance work
- Performing fault analyses and inspections of building technology
- Ensuring winter services
- On-call duty readiness
- Ensuring site cleaning and green area maintenance
- Support with moving tasks

THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US:

- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or comparable craft or technical training, as well as training as a caretaker is an advantage
- Professional experience in caretaking
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills and affinity for working with internal programs
- Structured and independent working style
- Driver's license category B
- Team player and service-oriented personality
- Flexible and resilient
- High customer orientation and excellent manners
