• Completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist
• High social competence combined with assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work independently, efficiently, and flexible working hours including on-call duty
• Confident handling of Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Driving licence class B available
