Your tasks
- Supporting the team in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of continuing education seminars (both virtual and face-to-face events)
- Independently accompanying virtual seminars (Zoom, MS Teams)
- Structuring and preparing course materials, revising presentations (DE/EN)
- Evaluation of seminars, updating learning platforms
- Administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Independent, responsible and precise way of working
- High IT affinity and enjoyment of digital work tools
- An eye for design and enjoyment of creative work
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills
- Reliable, flexible and extremely conscientious personality with drive and a positive attitude
