Your tasks
- You operate our patient reception and accompany the outpatient consultations.
- Planning of outpatient consultation and surgery appointments.
- You have frequent telephone contact with our patients, referrers, general practitioners and insurance companies.
- Outpatient patient care as well as future coordination and assistance with outpatient procedures.
- You independently carry out postoperative wound checks in close cooperation with our doctors.
Your profile
- We are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant with a Federal VET Diploma
- Good IT user skills
- Confident in the German language
- Precise, efficient and independent way of working
