Your Tasks
- Holistic nursing care and support of patients on the palliative ward
- Symptom-oriented care and support to improve quality of life
- Individual accompaniment of patients and relatives during this sensitive phase of life
- Implementation of basic and treatment care in compliance with applicable quality standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, social services, chaplaincy and other professional groups
- Proper nursing documentation as well as active participation in the multiprofessional team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Further training in Palliative Care
- Understanding of holistic, individual and symptom-oriented care
- High social competence, empathy and sensitivity
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Structured and patient-oriented working method
