• Completed basic construction technical training (craft/tradesman)
• Training or further education as a construction supervisor (SBA or Eng. FH/BSC or Dipl. Master Builder)
• Independent working
• Resilient and flexible personality
• Careful and reliable working method
• Good IT skills
• Planning, execution and billing of assigned construction sites
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
