Management Support 60%- You provide administrative support for a major client mandate, third-party and small mandates, and deputise for another major client mandate
- You assist with administrative and organisational tasks
- You independently coordinate and manage the entire ticket process
- You consistently monitor and follow up tickets until successful completion
- You process cost estimates and prepare quotes for third-party mandates
- You prepare invoicing and check its correct execution
- You keep an overview of open orders and ensure efficient processing until completion
- You have completed a commercial basic training
- You bring experience in order processing and ideally in a comparable role
- You have experience in ticket management and maintain an overview even with a high workload
- You have knowledge in invoicing as well as in administrative coordination
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You are proficient with MS Office programmes and digital work tools
- You are characterised by a structured, independent and consistent way of working
- You have a strong talent for organisation and work efficiently and reliably
- You have an impeccable reputation (extracts from criminal record and debt enforcement register)
