Head of Production, Member of the Executive Board (m/f)

Your tasks

• Budget responsibility for production including metalworking, assembly lines for gate leaves and drives, control cabinet construction as well as logistics/warehousing
• Responsibility for staff management
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective and high-quality manufacturing
• Planning, organising and monitoring production processes including capacity planning and quality assurance
• Responsibility for warehousing and logistics processes
• Optimising production processes with a focus on lean management and automation to reduce costs and throughput times
• Collaboration in the development of new products regarding production suitability
• Maintenance of operating equipment
• Ensuring occupational safety, health protection and compliance with environmental regulations
• Operational assistance in day-to-day business

Your qualifications

• Completed training in metal construction, further training as a master metalworker or similar
• Additional business management training is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience in production management, ideally in the metal construction industry
• Structured, precise and efficient working style
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to get involved personally
• Strong initiative, team spirit as well as communication and leadership skills
• Enjoyment and pride in high-quality products
• Proficient user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Native German speaker, English and/or French skills are an advantage
