Your responsibilities
- You'll take the lead in maintaining and evolving our Integrated Management System, aligning with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- As the go-to expert for key HSEQ platforms, you make sure tools like regulatory compliance, e-learning, and process design systems are working at full potential
- Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with international stakeholders, management, and expert groups to embed compliance in daily operations
- Regular compliance reviews, performance tracking, and reporting keep you in close touch with the pulse of our HSEQ landscape
- By supporting the development and delivery of training, campaigns, and documentation, you'll help make compliance both practical and engaging
- You coach teams on process documentation and support updates of policies, procedures, and campaigns
Your expertise
- A degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field, plus a recognized certification like Certified Quality Manager
- Several years of hands-on experience in managing ISO-based systems, ideally in the energy or industrial sector with a solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools that help simplify and standardize processes
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You're open to occasional travel across sites in Switzerland and Europe
- Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset, with the ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable change
- Experience in audits, documentation, and translating regulatory requirements into clear, actionable workflows
