- Completed training as an Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ or similar; 3+ years experience.
- Excellent German language skills; good IT/PC knowledge.
- Strong team player with customer service orientation.

About the job
Building Technician: Electrical 100%- Operate, monitor and maintain building technology systems and control systems
- Conduct and document inspection rounds, fault analyses and fault rectifications
- Coordinate and carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs on technical systems (HVAC, electrical)
- Implement customer orders as well as continuously optimise building operations
- Assist with conversions and modernisations
- Accompany and instruct third-party companies
- Provide on-call service
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g. building technology / HVAC)
- At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field
- Connection authorisation NIV 15 advantageous or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT/PC skills
- Teamwork skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
