- Coordinate Open Science at BFH, continuously develop it further and systematically monitor it
- Design, plan and conduct events on Open Science
- Represent BFH in national and international Open Science committees and working groups
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the field of Open Science
- Ensure deputy management of the specialist units
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree with proven research experience
- Sound knowledge and professional experience in the field of Open Science (Open Access, Open Research Data, Open Educational Resources, Open Source Software)
- Experience in developing and implementing Open Science strategies
- Experience in lateral leadership
