Tasks
- You teach and support pupils as a class teacher according to their individual support plans
- In collaboration with your job-sharing partner, therapists, individual support teachers, school assistants, and guardians, you accompany the children according to their individual resources and needs
- Participation in the entire support team, attending meetings, internal training sessions, conducting progress discussions, as well as co-organising school events and project weeks complement your varied range of tasks
- We look forward to your active involvement in school development processes
Requirements
- You hold a teaching diploma. You have completed or are training in school special needs education
- Support planning in a special primary school is your area of expertise. You have an eye for small and large learning progress
- Augmentative and alternative communication is an important part of your teaching
- A respectful and clear approach to pupils characterises your actions
- You enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork within the team and year group. Patience, resilience, flexibility, and a touch of humour distinguish you
- You have good ICT skills with Microsoft 365 and quickly learn to use our school software
