Team Leader Accounting (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for finance and controlling
• Management of subsidiary ledgers such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting as well as the general ledger according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR accounting standards
• Monitoring of incoming payments from debtors, including dunning
• Recording of creditors, preparation of payment runs in compliance with payment deadlines
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of liquidity planning
• Participation in overarching projects of TORMAX Schweiz AG
• Supervision of one employee

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
• At least 10 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the industrial sector with own production
• Very precise and accurate working style
• High resilience and team spirit
• Active participation with a hands-on mentality
• Very good SAP knowledge as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• Native German speaker, English skills are an advantage
