To support the team of the Central Triage at our Lenggstrasse location as well as the large outpatient clinic Im Quadro in Oerlikon, we are looking for a dedicated individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Dipl. Nurse / Nurse, Central Triage

Your Tasks
- Triage of patients to the appropriate treatment options: outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient
- Conducting counselling and crisis intervention conversations by phone and on site
- Processing enquiries from internal groups and external referrers
- Maintaining contacts with internal service providers
- Close collaboration with the triage senior physicians
- Participation and contribution to process optimisation
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of practical experience in psychiatric institutions in Switzerland, preferably in the canton of Zurich
- High professional, social and self-competence, high resilience as well as flexibility and analytical thinking
- Enjoy working with different professional groups
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
