Gardener - Foreman for versatile permanent position

• Coordination of the construction site process including planning of personnel and machinery deployment
• Conducting discussions with architects, site managers and clients during construction
• Carrying out all horticultural work such as landscaping, construction of walls and stairs from various materials, planting and water features
• Recording and documenting construction progress using iPad reporting
• Leading and motivating a team of 2 to 5 employees

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction with further education or extensive experience as a foreman in garden and landscape construction
• Pride in the gardening craft combined with high reliability and an independent working style
• Customer orientation and willingness to take on responsibility
• Possession of a category B driving licence, ideally with BE extension

• Participation in varied and demanding construction sites
