Our Controlling Department transforms the entire complexity of our hospital operations into figures and reliably delivers the desired financial data on the binding deadlines. We prepare the budget as well as variance analyses for our financial statements and handle business management inquiries of all kinds. As a complement to our team, we are looking for a cost accountant.
Here you will be involved
- in managing and parameterising cost accounting according to the REKOLE standard
- in supporting REKOLE (re-)certifications
- in contributing to data submissions
- in assisting the Head of Controlling in the budgeting process and quarterly closing
- in maintaining and further developing reporting with BI tools
- in operational collaboration on cross-departmental projects
- in preparing and supporting ad hoc analyses
You
- have a commercial basic education with professional experience in cost accounting/financial controlling, preferably in healthcare
- experience in cost accounting in Navision and according to REKOLE is an advantage
- possess comprehensive user knowledge (MS Excel and BI tool)
- have analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex tasks independently
- demonstrate a quality-conscious, independent and precise working style
- are a resilient, responsible and service-oriented personality and a flexible team player
