Your main tasks are

• Responsibility for the care process for individual and needs-oriented care and support

• Being the contact person for residents and their relatives

• Taking responsibility for interprofessional collaboration

• Supporting employees, students and trainees with professional questions

You have

• Training as a certified nurse HF (DN II, AKP)

• Service and customer orientation with the person at the centre

• Enjoyment in working with older people and willingness to undertake specific further training

• Solution-oriented and process-related way of working

• Resilience and flexibility
